The first thing you'll need to do is click 'Sign In' on our homepage, then select either 'New Credit Customer' or 'Pay By Card'.
Most customers choose to set up a credit account when they register, as this means you can order goods and have them delivered before you have to pay for them – you'll have 28 days to decide whether you wish to keep them or not.
Please note, we do reserve the right to refuse credit – if this is the case, you’ll be asked to provide credit or debit card details when you get to the checkout.
Once you’ve chosen the type of account you require, please fill in the online fields to set it up. If you do have any difficulty in registering online, just call us on 01 8300 800 (calls are charged at the national rate) and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help you.
Once you’ve set up an account, you’ll receive emails confirming your account number and password, so that you can securely access it in future. You’ll also be able to view all your transactions online, make payments, add items to your wish list to save them for later and much more!
