Standard delivery
Your order will usually be delivered within 5 working days; however items sent directly from the manufacturer (such as large furniture items and goods requiring personalisation) may take a little longer.
Please note: Sometimes, our larger, more expensive items may incur an extra delivery charge, to cover the cost of us having to get more handymen to deliver it. The supplement will be shown underneath the price of the item on its description page.
We want to make things clear for our customers, so we've chosen to list this additional charge separately – that way you can see exactly what you're paying for.
If your order contains more than one large item, we'll still only charge you one delivery supplement.
Express delivery
You can expect your order within 2 working days. If this option is available to you we’ll let you know during checkout.
