Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEM ARE YOU RETURNING?
Please check our return policy to find out which items can only be returned if they're faulty.
If you're returning a large item (furniture, home appliances etc.) we'll need some more details from you - please contact us.
Otherwise - please continue.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RETURN LABEL
You'll find a Fastway return label attached to your advice note. If you don't have one, or you'd prefer to return via An Post or Parcel Connect, please see I don't have a return label, how do I get one?
PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note inside the parcel with a brief description of why you're returning the order. Remember to include your customer number - this will be in the format E1234567.
REPACKAGE YOUR ORDER AND ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL
Make sure you remove or cover up the original address label on the packaging.
If you don't have the original packaging, just pop your order in something sealable and waterproof.
You only need to add 1 return label.
ARRANGE YOUR RETURN

An Post - you'll need to print a return label from the An Post website.
Parcel Connect - you'll need to print a return label from the Parcel Connect website.
GET PROOF OF RETURN
Make sure you get proof of your return, and keep it safe until your refund has been processed.
